Cancellation policy

If you cannot attend please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment so we may offer your appointment to someone else.

NHS customers:
If you do not show for your appointment we will notify your GP and you may require another referral letter.

​

​

Private customers:
If you do not attend or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.

 

If you cancel your appointment when bespoke product have been ordered, you will be charged for the products.
