How to book (NHS patient referrals)

 

NHS East Riding of Yorkshire CCG patients may be referred by their GP automatically.  Alternatively, you may discuss with your GP referral to our clinic. Normally, GP’s will contact us directly for patient referral and we then make contact with the patient to book an appointment.

If you qualify for GP referral, your GP practice has our contact details.  Please feel free to pass on our contact details to your GP or consultant.

Please ensure your GP has your correct contact details to avoid unnecessary delays.

How to book (private customers)
